The tower is spread over three floors plus the terrace and is more than eight hundred years old (and about 10 meters high). It is the tallest remaining of a series of watchtowers built to alert the City of Camerino to any enemies. The lower level has been converted into a bar/kitchen area, including two wine coolers and space for sofas and chairs. Very nice flooring and the setting.

This room has a large opening leading to a separate terraced area, well shaded in the late afternoon by the tower.

An internal wooden staircase leads to a double bedroom above, which also benefits from built-in gas fired heating on its far walls.
The staircase continues to the second floor where there is a well-equipped bathroom, shower and utility room. The terrace of the tower can be reached by an external wood/steel bridge resting on the back hill. It is obvious to say that the view of the terrace is boundless. Amazing. The tower also lends itself to be rented separately from the rest of the house. This would also ensure a significant extra income.

From the main entrance hall, you can access directly to the first floor of the house, where have been built two very large bedrooms.
On the right side there is a double bedroom with a bathroom. There are many windows with internal wooden shutters, which provide light during the day.
