This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns will be processed for purchases made through the Service. By placing an Order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read this document carefully, as it forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
Refund Policy
- Default Currency All transactions conducted through the Service are denominated in cryptocurrency, with Bitcoin (BTC) serving as the default currency. Refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used to make the original payment. Cryptocurrency value fluctuations will not be considered during refund processing, and the refund amount will reflect the exact amount of cryptocurrency received at the time of the transaction.
- Discretionary Refunds All refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the Company. We reserve the right to assess each refund request individually and approve or deny refunds based on the circumstances of the transaction. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
- Irreversible Transactions Cryptocurrency transactions are generally considered irreversible by nature. While we will make reasonable efforts to resolve refund requests and recover funds where applicable, no guarantees can be made once a payment has been completed.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellation Before Supplier Placement You may request to cancel an Order provided that the Order has not yet been placed with our supplier. If the Company confirms that the supplier has not been engaged, the Order may be cancelled, and a refund issued in the cryptocurrency used for the original payment.
- Cancellation After Supplier Placement If an Order has already been placed with the supplier, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you will be required to wait until the product is delivered before initiating a return.
- Company Efforts The Company will act in good faith to liaise with the supplier and recover funds on your behalf where cancellation is requested after supplier placement. However, recovery of funds is not guaranteed, and any resolution will be at the discretion of the supplier.
Return Policy
- Returning Goods If you wish to return Goods, you are responsible for all costs associated with the return, including shipping, insurance, and any applicable fees. The Company does not cover or reimburse return shipping costs under any circumstances.
- Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return: The Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories intact.
- Customer Responsibility The risk of loss or damage to Goods during the return process lies solely with the customer. It is recommended that you use a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns. The Company will not be liable for Goods lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Inspection and Approval Returned Goods will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will only be processed after the Goods have been verified as meeting the return conditions. If the Goods do not meet these criteria, they will be returned to the customer at their cost, and no refund will be issued.
Processing Refunds
- Timeline Refunds will be processed within 21 working days from the date the returned Goods are received and inspected by the Company.
- Refund Method Refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original transaction. The Company is not responsible for any fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the time of the original payment and the refund issuance.
- Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios: If the Order has already been placed with the supplier and the Goods are not returned in accordance with this policy. If the Goods are returned damaged, incomplete, or used.
Important Considerations
- Irreversibility of Transactions All transactions should be considered final and irreversible. Refunds will only be considered under the conditions outlined in this policy.
- Good Faith Efforts While the Company will make good faith efforts to assist with cancellations and refunds, ultimate resolution is contingent on supplier policies and cooperation. The Company cannot guarantee successful recovery of funds in every case.
- Customer Acknowledgment By placing an Order, you acknowledge and accept this Refund and Return Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with these terms before completing your purchase.
