The property is 3 km off the principal highway north of Canoa. Well maintained dirt road to be paved in the next year (they say starting this May). Close enough to…but far enough away from… the beach town. Bus stop is half hour walk and 50 cents to town via bus.

Dimensions clarification: Square meters is 194 plus 74 additional in L shaped patio. Square feet is 2093 plus 795 additional on patio. The covered wraparound keeps home cool in warmer months. Note that about a third of the square footage is not screened in. Interior rooms other than LR do have screened windows/glass. (Large living room is screened without glass windows.) Ventilation space at top of first level maximizes air flow and comfort so no mold or mildew problems.

There are two crops with extremely high profit that you might consider. One, balsa growing. Ecuador grows 75% of the worlds balsa and demand is high. Can net average of $9-10,000/yr on half hectare, easily available in open space here., can net you $10,000 per year average with 4 year growing cycle.
