The building is in a very quiet location and is a double chalet with 3 floors each. This is the northern part of the chalet with a wonderful view over the valley and the Finsteraarhorn (highest point in the Bernese Alps at 4,272 m above sea level, on the border between the cantons of Valais and Bern);

The chalet has 4.5 rooms as follows:

• Basement: 1 bedroom with sink and direct access to the terrace, 2 small bedrooms and a bathroom with shower;
• Ground floor: entrance, kitchen, dining room and living room (all open and with fireplace) and a toilet. Access to the large balcony from the living room;
• Upper floor: attic (can be moved in);
  Electric heating, separate from the other chalet;
  The chalet has a large balcony that covers the west and north sides, offering the opportunity to enjoy the sunrise and sunset;
  A carport and a parking space belong to the property;
  Charming little biotope pond in the easy-care garden (direct access from the bedroom);
  The chalet is close to all amenities (shops, train station, post bus stop). The village of Ernen is 1.3 km away, the village of Fiesch (departure of the ski lifts for the famous Fiescheralp-Bettmeralp-Riederalp ski area) is 2.7 km away and the start of the Conches Valley (known for its cross-country ski trails) is 8.8 km away.
