María Burgaz

María Burgaz (Madrid, 1970) knew since she was a child that her life
was about art. She started her studies in the Decorative Arts School
of Madrid and had her degree in Arts in Complutense University of
Madrid.

Since then she has showed her work in colective and
solo shows in Spain and abroad and her artwork is in
many public and private collections all over the world.
She has also won many awards that recognize her talent
and career (the Profesional Football Foundation,
Painting Award of UNED, Art and Society Award, Madrid
City Council Award, Casino of Torrelodones Award,
Castillo de la Coracera Award…)
Her open mind, enthusiasm and hard working attitude has taken her
to collaborate with designers, writers and any project where art can
fit.

Her work always reveals the period she´s living, her vitality and
particular sense of humour which make her understand life in a
genuine way. Watching her work is an experience full of details to
observe without hurries and that never leaves you indifferent.
